Andrew Symonds could not even recall the words uttered by Harbhajan Singh when he was cross-examined by BCCI lawyer VR Manohar. In the absence of any concluding evidence, Justice Hansen dismissed all charges against Harbhajan.
However, Harbhajan has been charged under ICC Level 2 offence and has been fined 50% of his match fees.
